It is proven that four or five smaller meals a day are much better than two or three big ones for shedding weight. Cut down the size of your portions as well. Enjoy your food but chew every bite thoroughly and make a smaller plate last.

To help rejuvenate and energize the body there is nothing to beat water. Drink it all the time, between meals, before, after and with meals, first thing in the day and last thing at night. You’ll find it easier to lose fat arms because you’ll feel fuller for much longer and this will help to reduce fatty deposits.
